This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out the rules for clients using internet, managed services and infrastructure provided by Talyme Technologies.
You may not use our services to: send unsolicited bulk email (spam); host or distribute malware, phishing or fraudulent content; infringe intellectual property; harass, threaten or defame; conduct unauthorised scanning or penetration testing; or violate any applicable law.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, any system or network — whether Talyme's, another client's, or a third party's. This includes denial-of-service activity, port scanning without authorisation, and protocol abuse.
Where services are sold as "fair use" or "shared", excessive usage that degrades the experience of other clients may be throttled or invoiced at standard rates.
You are solely responsible for all content transmitted, stored or processed through our services. Talyme acts as a neutral carrier and does not pre-moderate content.
Report suspected abuse to abuse@talymetechnologies.co.ke. We investigate every credible report.
Breaches may result in suspension or termination of services, without refund, and may be reported to competent authorities where required by law.
